She’s been awesome with everything. The process of finding a house was stressful which wasn’t her fault it was the losing bids or houses already pending that weren’t taken off of the market. Once the process started she was amazing with all the process pictures since the property was being built and now that it’s all done she’s holding the keys for me and will meet me right when I get to Georgia in a week. An awesome recommendation by veterans United and Eli.

Debbie and Sean Flannery were phenomenal! They went out of their way to make sure that we found exactly what we were looking for in a home and made sure that 100% of our criteria was met regardless of any financial limitations. And all within a week of house hunting! We were seeing homes within hours of our show of interest and they accepted our calls at any hour. Debbie also helped us research our options for insurance, inspections, and repairmen relieving us of many time consuming and stressful phone calls. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. They made us feel as a if we were their only clients.

What can I say about Paul Chick other than he is the greatest real estate agent ever.....He was very knowledgeable about property and the housing industry in general. He found the perfect house for me and my daughter, both of us are disabled so he factored that in the equation when we were searching. He had picked the perfect house for us, and we just moved into our beautiful home, with my Man Cave, and we are overwhelmed by the beauty of this property. Janice MacMillan.... can’t say enough great things about her. I genuinely felt like I was her only client every time. She responded to phone calls and texts so quickly and got answers to questions right away. I could not have asked for a better realtor to be in my corner and assist us. With having gone under contract before physically seeing the home was unsettling but Janice provided photos, video calls, and ensured inspection and walk through were done thoroughly. Cannot recommend her enough, she was amazing!

She kept me well informed and was always there before I needed help. I found the house I bought in less than a day. It took one day to negotiate the terms I wanted. She was very timely and always well prepared. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She has even helped me find contractors to make additions to my house. Even days after closing on the house, she has been checking to make sure everything was all right.
