Seeing it took us roughly 11 months from start to finish, Andrew was there for us ever step of the way. My wife and I felt bad at times due to the amount of homes we looked at and also the amount of distance between home we were looking at on the same day. During an uptick in the market and properties having quick turn over. Nicole was still able to help me navigate and guide me to my purchase. Her integrity was second to none when giving me an honest assessment of the three properties we reviewed. This was a remote purchase due to the restrictions of Covid in Maine. She went above and beyond to get all the little extras done and in negotiating with a seller. The seller was sometimes leary in the process and Nicole patiently solved all the issues. No one could ask for a better cheerleader on their side. Thank you!

My real estate agent knew the area very well and made great recommendations. He didn't wait to bring up potential issues until after I mentioned them. His advice during the offer stage was spot on and I agreed with him 100%. He also made great recommendations in regards to my loan specialist (Wendy) as well as an amazing insurance specialist.
