I never saw her, but could have been because of covid. Another was I gave her my perference in what i was looking for in a home, mainly school districts. She sent me a portal of listings which i had to do research on my own to make sure some of our picks had a decent school district. (some on the portal did not have decent school districts). I think narrowing it down to our perference would have been easier and maybe helped us find something sooner. Other than that she found this house for us outside her portal and it worked out great.
