I had a great experience working with Stephen, Drew and Ryan...and all others that helped along the way. It's a pretty intimidating process and during these stressful times, the team made it seamless. They were always quick to respond and provide additional HONEST information for my benefit. The recommendations for everything from the real estate agent (Karen Smith), to the inspection, to the home owners insurance, were spot on and worked out great for me. Estimated time frames for different parts of the process were consistently achieved or expectations exceeded. Stephen checked in on me constantly and always offered his help and guidance. I was particularly grateful when he emailed to let me know he was able to secure a lower interest rate than initially quoted...again looking out for my best interest. Everyone was very patient and kind, never made me feel like a bother for asking questions. The chemistry of the team was great...seems like they worked very well together. When faced with various challenges, like the VA letter, I felt supported and was constantly encouraged to stay in the race. Without that, I might not be a new homeowner today. There's a million other great things I can say about my experience, but to sum it up...you guys are the bomb!! And, from the bottom of my heart, genuinely, thank you all!

Barbara is such a wonderful agent. Again, she was very patient with me over the years no matter how often my life plans changed. She was always kind and understanding. She clearly explained things no matter how many questions I had. I would absolutely use her again and recommend her to friends.

Betsy Thompson was fantastic! We toured a ton of houses new, old, and finally found this one. Never once did she seem bothered by my indecisiveness and was more than willing to answer all my dumb new home buyer questions.
