Aldo was respective and polite. Well mannered. However communication wasn't the best in the early phases of the process until i made an offer, then most things improved. It didn't seem like everyone was on the same page, and documents that the lender required were not made available even though they would be standard for the area i purchased, and expectation should have been they would require this, this did cause a closing delay.
