Jeremy was absolutely awesome to work with. He helped us find options that checked as many boxes as possible for us, and he was quick to identify potential issues and downsides during walkthroughs of houses. Kurt was reliable, kept us in the loop with everything and made the process smooth as possible. He offered clear guidance and support every step of the way. Best part about it was like the rest of your team he was not overbearing which is the case of most realtors in my limited experience. I wanted someone who wants to make money helping us not us helping someone make money for pressuring us or just making us a number, Kurt was that realtor he helped us and definitely earned his money in my opinion. 120/100
