Rachela Lack was all the things I need it in a realtor coming from New York: professionalism, communication and work. I was pretty decisive on the type of home I wanted and where I wanted it; but my agent provided me with additional information that I did not take into account. She was able to walk me through this first time single-family home buying experience, and all from different states. Closing can cause a lot of anxiety. It depends on a lot of people and you are sitting and waiting. Even during this time, when I was not sure if anything was going on, my agent was working behind the scenes making sure that we landed on a home that I wanted for me and my family.
