Paula was exceptional to work with. From start to finish she was great to work with. From the first conversation on the phone to the first house we toured, she was very informative and professional.
She knows the ins and the outs about buying a home and working with the lenders and title companies, in my case it was a VA loan.
There were no slacking on her end and she was there for us every step of the way, answering questions, or returning calls in a timely manner and as first time home buyers, explained to us what meant what and how to do things the right way. She made this process so smooth and stress free, I still can’t believe how easy she made this process. She truly cares for her clients and it shows. We are so thankful we found you Paula and we appreciate you getting us into our new home. My wife & I have been so blessed to have Joel Olson & his staff as our team agent. So easy to work with you Joel. Being very particular with whom I do business with I usually want to “read” a person first with a face to face meeting. I can no longer rely solely on such a judgmental approach. This was an out of state acquisition performed flawlessly by Joel. He was there whenever I requested on site photos or virtual tour updates, even after normal business working hours. He gained access to houses of high interest to us to give us that personal “gut feeling” of the place, which my wife & I came to respect & rely on. His 30+ year relationship with the real estate community made the high demand documentation process seem routine. I’ve never had more fun purchasing a house. My wife expressed her concern with this move so far away from her home state of Alaska....”we have to make all new friends when we move”.
