Dale Ann didn't always communicate, nor did she convey items to sellers correctly. She didn't tell us about appraiser not wanting to do the appraisal (due to the Coronavirus) for a week and half. Only found out because Ty and Amy told us.Not to be a pain, but buying a house is a big deal ... maybe not for real estate agents who do this for a living, but can't you pretend for us at least? Nope. Nothing.Oh, and our new home is still listed on her website as for sale, other online sites show it was sold yesterday.

Ty was our realitor he was just awsome on so many levels. He went above and beyond to make sure we were able to close in time I don't believe any other realitor would have got it done like he did he's the only one I would recommend

Forrest Lehman was an outstanding Relator. I was fortunate to have him as a relator because he went above and beyond for me. He really made things go a lot smoother and if it weren't for him I probably would have walked away from the transaction because of my experiences.
