Our real estate agents from Long Realty were a benefit to have and helped with negotiations and the paperwork process especially with navigating a VA loan. Clearer communications with new homebuyers would help ease some of the stress and questions that play a big roll in first time buying.

I've tried for a decade trying to get approved for a big enough loan in California. I ran into Jordan and he referred me to Veteran's United and they were able to approve me. Without Jordan I would not have found the right loan officer. Jordan kept submitting offers for me on every house i liked and negotiated on every house for a month. When i thought i was bugging him with constant offers and a month into submitting offers when i was ready to give up, Jordan found me a house. Jordan also is good in doing his research. He got me a good property inspector. Jordan went thoroughly in all the paperwork and pointed out everything to me that could of been a deal breaker. Even though he could lose a sale if anything was wrong with the house or a disclosure Jordan would point it out and ask if i was ok with it. He truly does put his client first. I put a $5,000 deposit down and Jordan got me every penny back. At closing i got a $5,000 check with the heroes program. Jordan negotiated like a seasoned realtor. Jordan also followed up frequently with the loan officer and other realtor who were not on top of their game. Jordan kept the ball rolling and got me into my house when i needed to get in. I was able to work it out with my old landlord and closing escrow because Jordan stretched out the time frame just right. Jordan and his lovely wife Chrissy gave me a ride from my new house to old residence so i could drop off an extra car. They also gave me a thoughtful gift basket full of tools, a $100 Home Depot gift card and most importantly bubble wrap. i short on time with packing and moving and that one less trip of buying bubble wrap was a blessing. Thank you Jordan and Chrissy, you two are truly a gift from Jesus!

His experience showed with real estate in certain aspects and he stepped up at certain points. The overall process was horrible however as he lacked initiative and presence. We had to reach out to our previous realtor from another state to help us with our house search and contingencies that would go into a contract. Things that should have been known about our real estate transaction were forgotten quite a lot and it delayed the real estate process along.
