I really think that a home checklist (for each client) is missing. The day I moved in.....all 3 trash bins were full in which I had to wait a week for the trash company to come out. Therefore, I was taking the trash to my previous place because I had no place to put it. There were no instructions on how to use an underground sprinkler system that I was informed that is advised to manage the lawn and keep the grass from turning. The basement window was unlocked. Home Inspectors missed several things....broken tub faucet, upper stove oven not working, etc.He also called to verify if I am financially prepared to further assist me when I went to look at a property on my home. I was baffled.When I purchased my first home, my Realtor took a final walk through (without me) of the property to ensure that it was move-in ready.I had to research the correct utility companies and ask neighbors questions about things pertaining to the neighborhood and home. I was given the wrong utility company in which took almost 2 hours to figure out which power and gas company serviced the area.

Drew Hale was awesome. We didn't know how this whole process of finding a home went, and he was really on the frontlines taking the hits from our frustrations of not getting a house we really wanted, or getting outbid by conventional loans. He never took our frustrations personally, its part of the gig he would tell us, but also reassure us that the right house will come along when it is suppose to. He was so right, the house we bought is so much better than any of the other ones we bid on. Truly an amazing feeling and I see why you guys do what you do. Steve was a great real estate agent. He made time for us anytime we needed it. He went out of his way to constantly check on us to make sure that the process was very smooth. His military background helped him understand my situation, and what I was looking for in a house. I would use him again if needed in the future. Great Realtor.

Ryan was awesome. Especially during this COVID thing. I refuse to call it anything else. It's a thing. But a thing that makes doing this kind of job risky. He took it in stride and delivered really nice. Not that we were hard to please - i think we took it easy on him. But take it from a non-spambot; he was great to work with.

My real estate agent, Alexis, was absolutely awesome. Our location for finding homes was far from her office but she never hesitate and we felt like her number 1 priority. Super knowledgeable of the area! We would 100% go back to Alexis for future house hunting.

Our realtor was extremely knowledgeable about the market and helped negotiate a fair agreement since we paid for the asking price. She also pointed out that Veterans United mistakenly shorted us $3,000 in buyer's closing costs, which would have caused us to bring money to closing. She also noticed that Veterans United charges nearly two times as much in closing costs as local lenders, which was very shocking to us.

Michele went to bat for us multiple times in the process of purchasing our home. We ran into a few issues with the seller along the way, but she was always on top of it and working behind the scenes to make sure we got the house we wanted in the condition we wanted it in. I would recommend Michele to anyone buying a house in the area. She will take care of you as if you are her own family.
