Very hard to reach her. Communication was sub par, I felt like I had to pull information out of her, and sometimes went days and days without hearing from her. She didn't call back when she said she would, and failed in so many areas of expectations that I can say with absolute certainty that I would not ever recommend Chelsea as an agent!

We asked a lot of of Parker and he gave us the best experience, he worked very hard to find us a home. Purchasing a home long distance was not easy but he did everything with a smile and kind courteous demeanor. He was very honest and up front about the property giving us the ability to make the right decision for us.

Liz was outstanding and extremely knowledgeable about home buying and giving me great ideas about how to modernize and remodelling the home I bought. As a person with no imagination, her input was valuable to make an older house into a home and somewhere that I will want to live forever. She connected me with a ton of resources from the various inspectors to contractors who are helping me with renovations. I extremely appreciate all of the extra information she gave me on average project costs to ensure I was able to set a budget and stick by it. She took time to ensure that buying this house was a pleasant experience and I would highly recommend her for someone looking for an agent.
