I truly enjoyed working with Reami! She was incredibly knowledgeable and offered unwavering support in so many ways. I especially appreciated how she reassured me during moments of doubt and uncertainty—it really helped me stay grounded. Early on, there were times I felt like I was navigating the home search alone, which was a bit overwhelming, but things improved as the process went on. When it came time to negotiate, Reami really showed up and handled things with strength and confidence. I’d absolutely love the chance to work with her again and look forward to an even better experience next time.

In the begin, it appeared to be smooth sailing. We made this process easy for Taylor. We found our own home without her. She only had to do some middle person communication for us once under contract. However, we were deeply disappointed that she treated closing for us liked just another day and dollar. She texted us to say she would not be at closing due to being on vacation. We asked would someone else attend, but she reiterated no she would be on vacation. So we reminded her this was our first homebuyer experience and we maybe just a number to her, but this was a big deal for us. She did not make this experience worthwhile. I have seen how other realtors have celebrated their clients instead of an effort we got an excuse and lack of care. Even after expressing our concerns. BUT we still celebrated ourselves and Justin and our VU team, made it all better! I would not recommend Taylor.

She personally went to the house to help get our security system set up, and came back again another day to get our internet going.
