Ellie Renne was incredible. Her local knowledge is unmatched. Her knowledge and experience of VA loan requirements are unmatched. She went to several properties for us and Is a warrior negotiator. I was very impressed with her home inspection experience and knowledge. When we decided on a house she was in it with us. She guided us on a good offer and got it into the the seller quickly and just as quickly answered counter offers and repair requests. It should also be noted that the seller had no realtor and we’re going to ‘represent themselves’ which translated to Ellie working harder than normal. She represented my wife and I like we were a friend of the family. And my dog likes her.

She was not very fast in getting information or relaying information initially. This was super annoying when submitting a bid. We were luckily able to get a bid accepted. Throughout the process, if we needed more information, it seems like we had to remind her that we requested that information.
