1. Did not personally inspect termite repair prior to closing the wall.
2. Had to request documents multiple times.
3. As an inexperienced home buyer did not feel I received the guidance I hoped I would from my realtor.

Michael Saccoccio was great. He knew exactly what my wife and I wanted and where to look for it. It took us almost no time to find the house we wanted. He worked tirelessly, what felt like all around the clock, for us. He knew my wife and I have been living out of hotels for a long period of time, and pulled no punches when getting the other parties to get in gear for us to close the deal and move in. He didn’t stop at just the house. He gave us so much more advise on the surrounding areas and multiple recommendations on different topics to make our stay in Rhode Island that much better and easier to maneuver around.
