Jim V. was a pleasure to work with, there was never any pressure to make an offer on any home I looked at until I said I liked them and wanted to make an offer and then he jump into action to submit the 3 offers we had. He even felt empathy for me when the first two offer were passed over for lesser offer that were submitted at the same time. He offered words of encouragement to the effect of I guess it wasn’t meant to be and we’ll just keep looking till the right one comes along and I’m now so happy that the first two offer fell through because what came to be my new home is way more to checking off the boxes of what I was looking for in a home.

Daniel is a sharp guy. He knows his stuff. But he didn't micromanage my actions. He knew I was a first time buyer and I was not looked down or lectured. He let me make my pics. Gave his input. He is easy to trust and very approachable. He was very tolerant of my questions being a fort time buyer. I have completed conference in him. Out it this way. I would joke with him that If I am going into the lion's den of home buying who better to rep you than Daniel 👍🏾,🤣. I don't know how y'all matched me up with him but it was perfect . Anyone I know looking for an agent in his area.Feel free to use me as a reference.

Both of my agents were top notch. Kelli (for selling) was on top of everything. Abby (for buying) was absolutely terrific. Since we were states and time zones apart she did several live video walkthroughs and would make YouTube videos and send us the links.
