We bought a house in Kings Mountain, North Carolina in January 2021 and Jennifer Lee was our realtor. We hired her when a previous realtor from another company was not efficient or effective in helping us buy our first home.
During this Covid-19 Pandemic, Jennifer was always prompt, professional and eager to assist with our questions and concerns. Jennifer set-up a zoom meeting with us, so that we could meet her and talk about our expectations and needs in purchasing our new home.
Jennifer was an awesome listener, communicator and very detailed and passionate in her work with us. She went above and beyond to make sure every facet of the purchase of our new home was taken care of. Jennifer gets to know her clients and works with them in the way they need. She takes notice of what is important to you as a home-buyer and understands the stress and emotion involved with such an important purchase. Within a few weeks we found us our new home that we love and adore. We will officially moved in a few days and we plan to keep in touch with her. She is a true professional who loves what she does. Karina was the best. We had a small window of time in order to find a home we liked. Karina showed us about 17 homes in 4 days, but it paid off we found a beautiful home that we are very excited about. Karina made our experience as stress free as possible.
