I was looking to build a home to my personal liking but was given properties that were already being built. I kept recommending builders and asking for areas with new construction but there was clear disconnect. I finally settled on a home that did not have some of the basic features I wanted but it had the specifics I did ask for. He fixed the only real issue I had, which I really appreciate.

I was elated that VU would find and assign me a realtor. I needed a realtor that was going to work harder than me at finding a home. Nicole Gresham was assigned and once we talked face-to-face she was able to find a great list of homes that met or exceeded our home needs. She always had an answer for the many questions I had or she knew what government agency to get the information from and had an answer the next day.
