Karen brought and energy that im not sure could be matched by anyone else. Her and I spoke at times daily, at all hours and she never once was negative except for when I text her and told her I had applied for a new credit card and bought a new truck....lol (which i hadn't, i just wanted to mess with her!)

I have never met a man so willing to go the extra mile and be the first one to admit he had made a mistake without a pause or a nod towards someone else’s direction.
He not only played the devils advocate with finesse and grace, but was unwavering in telling me upfront exactly how everything was even if he knew I would not like it.

Best person I've ever met. He was extremely ethical, asking what I thought about a home and then pointing out things I missed. He tried to never sway my opinion one way or the other but always wanted me to understand the dangers or warning signs of a home that could potentially fail an inspection. By the time I chose a home, we had already determined it would most likely pass a VA inspection and, therefore, it was a very easy and streamlined process with no hangups. I plan on using him again in the next few years and will recommend him as well.
