Jenny was an absolute joy to work with. She worked tirelessly at all hours of the day and night to help us find our new home. She provided us with great advice throughout the entire home buying process. We had a hurricane hit our area the week of our closing that devastated thousands in our area with damage and wide-spread power outages. And somehow with no power, no internet, tons of businesses being closed, and no hope of being able to close and move into our home on our original timeline, she made it happen! I don't know how and honestly didn't believe it was even possible. Yet, somehow, she was able to work around all those insurmountable problems and got us moved into our home like nothing ever happened. My family and I are extremely grateful for all the hard work and perseverance Jenny committed to finding and getting us in our new house. Thank you, Jenny and Butch!

Relies on electronic listings that did not conform to requests

This agent did not look or act professional. He made this process very difficult. He did not search for homes in the area we requested or for what we wanted in a home. We had to do all the searching for a house and send them to him to schedule a walk through. Some of the houses he said he wouldn't because he did not feel the house was good enough. The house we picked we found online and had to contact our real estate agent and the selling real estate agent to set up a time to see the house. He was hard to get a hold of, he kept getting what we wanted confused with his other clients, He didn't get much information for us about the houses we wanted to look at.

Jacqueline Kurth was good. No complaints. Very VERY flexible about meeting us for showings (whether scheduled or not).The Veterans United home buying concierge on the other hand (Sonia Giannotti), while ultra pleasant and hard working served no true benefit to us. We didn't use anything that she provided. Not due to the information being incorrect, although one or two bits were, but because we like finding that information out on our own.

My wife and I completely enjoyed our entire time with Jane! She was always on the ball to answer questions, get answers and keep us informed. She taught us along the way about home buying and showed us things to look for.
