Vikki did a great job ultimately finding our home, seeing as we bought unseen. We had some road-bumps at the beginning where she wasn’t quite moving at the pace we needed her to but after having a discussion with her about it she turned it around and was very great to work with.

Real estate agent was appointed-no choices given. Lacked a personal connection to the agent therefore trust was not established. Communication was not clear and straightforward. Agent was not attentive, always preoccupied, and always in a rush. This relationship was tumultuous to say the least.

Natalie answered all of our questions. She did a lot of leg work getting extra documents that the VA ask for. She has a wonderful personality and it shined! Rachel Krill was amazing. She is in the middle of a hectic sellers market in Phoenix and regardless of how busy she got, she made it important to help us out or view a house. She seemed to be looking out for our best interest. When Emily wanted to make a much higher offer on a house (the market is horrible for buyers right now), Rachel told her that it was not advisable to offer such an amount. She helped us out with insurance and warranties. We also appreciated that, even though she was fully vaccinated, she was always wearing a mask around us. A true class act!
