Lack of communication on the agents part. I did a lot of leg work myself to ensure that items that needed to be done were done at the property. A lot of times I would contact the agent to ask questions, 90% of the time she didn't know or would it seems that she just assume. At times it appeared that she was working with the builder/seller.
