I’ve bought homes four times, each with a different realtor in a different state, and Kelly was by far the best I’ve ever worked with. From the first showing to the inspection, appraisal, and working with my lender, the entire process was incredibly easy and completely stress-free which is something I’ve never experienced before when buying a home. Kelly was extremely responsive, answered every question thoroughly, worked seamlessly with the seller’s agent, and quickly got all the necessary documents to ensure we closed on time.

Karl Schuman was a godsend of an agent. He is one of the most professional, responsive, and selfless people I have ever done business with and I am so thankful he was the agent assigned to me. Karl went out of his way to overcommunicate with all other seller agents and the VU team on my behalf while always accomplishing what we needed often having everything prepared ahead of time.
