I can't say enough kind words about Alicia. During our year long journey to purchase our home, she remained available and very responsive even though we were very indecisive and inconsistent in our communication. Alicia walked us through every step of the process and stayed with us to the end. Alicia was a true pleasure to work with and words can't begin to describe how grateful we are to her. I will be recommending Alicia to all of my friends and family looking to purchase a home.

Mike has been, and still is, a HUGE asset to this homebuying experience. He was always willing to help with anything I needed regardless of time of day or weekends. When my girlfriend had to go tour homes in my stead due to my training, he was right there to tour with her. He always had paperwork squared away, appointments scheduled, and advice to give every step of the way. I cannot recommend Mike more, he's been an absolutely incredible asset.

Real estate agents were very professional and knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions regardless of the day and time. They effectively completed everything that needed to be done. There was a lot less than expected for us, the customers, to do.

Zoe Gulick was my realtor and I really got lucky. We jived from the moment we spoke over the phone. She was super helpful and answered all the questions I had. She arranged for me to look at over 10 houses when I traveled out to San Antonio and had all the MLS information. I am a first time home buyer and Cynthia was able to ask the questions that I didn't know what to ask. She also kept me updated via text when messages was sent if I didn't see my email. She also was there with me at closing which elevated some stress because only the buyer and title agent could be in the room at closing due to COVID. Hence, I'm grateful for that.
