Unfortunately, I can't rate him the way I rated Veterans United. I never met agent face to face until the final walk through, the day before closing. In the beginning, while we were conducting our own searches, my wife inadvertently contacted another agent that was in the same office. He was great. We suffered a great lack of communication with him.

Amir was without a doubt one of the best agents in San Diego. His enthusiasm never waivers through the entire process. Was always greeted with a "Happy Monday!!" or "Happy Wednesday!!". Never felt like I was bothering him & he always went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. Whether that was reaching out to the loan officers, escrow companies, or the sellers he was there for it all. In addition, he's very experienced & knows what it's going to take to close on a deal. I would 10/10 recommend him to anybody looking for a home!

This is a unique market , Jeff was patient with us during unforseen circumstances. It was a very stressful process acquiring a home , Jeff kept his cool , remained focused and stayed positive .
Jeff does his homework to ensure you make the correct offer and not over or under price .
Having a agent that puts you above his commission is a real plus in today's market .

Oh boy there aren’t enough lines to describe how my realtor was the worst. I would never in this entire galaxy, ever recommend anyone to work with him. Reason being, I didn’t feel I was even a priority to him, constantly I had to call him for updates, he made us feel like he worked for the seller more then for us, he failed to pass information from my loan team or the sellers realtor the week of closing, my loan team had to constantly wait on him for information, heck even on the final walk through the sellers realtor had to inform me of stuff my realtor failed to tell me three days before closing, the list goes on. I’m glad I never have to work with him again. If I had the opportunity to donate the 3-5% I paid to the realtor. I would have done so in a heart beat.
