Mr. Armando Pena was very helpful in sending us listings of available properties in Bakersfield Ca. He also gave us good advise regarding locations of schools, shopping as well as where the good and safe neighborhood are in the area. He was responsible in scheduling and showing my family the available properties both by virtual tour and thru in-person visit with my son.
Mr. Pena also assisted us in numerous offers to various sellers until (after 3 months) an offer was finally accepted. He tirelessly coordinated with the escrow company and ensures that all our paper works are at par. He was also fully responsible in following up on all of our request and repairs with the seller, and ensure that it was completed prior to closing of escrow.
