Jacilynn Ferris is the best. She was acknowledged with VA. She worked out problems with the seller. When the seller failed to do certain things she made sure it was taken care of.Even got a cleaner to come. Seller didn’t finish clean up Jayce has offered to help.

Francine was amazing! She was on top of everything when we were in desperate need of a pro due to our short timeline. My only complaint was that due to a communication break down between her, the title/ escrow company, and my lender, we were forced to close a day late which denied me $105 in rent back from sellers due to no fault of my own.
