Tosha overall has been good for me and my process of being a new homeowner. She was quick to sit on the phone with me to discuss wants and expectations of buying a home. I was updated daily with new listings and available properties. I did not rate her 10/10 because of communication difficulties. The market in 2021 is very hectic. There is a quick turn around for sellers, expectation for higher asking price, tension during negotiation. With that being understood, it is still pertinent that agents and clients obtain a clear line of communication. She was very accommodating to my needs and wishes. It would have been easier if I was town.
