Steven Parson has a laugh he does when he's trying to re-assure me about something. Like a tell in Poker, kind of made me wonder if he was withholding information. Also, I'm a Chief in the navy, getting called sir is considered an insult.

I did majority of the work from finding the house to ensuring proper communication was maintained between seller and buyers agent. Had to contact the seller of property directly because of miscommunication between agents. I had to request my agent take me to view the house to make sure work was being done satisfactorily being that it was a new construction. The process took an additional 4 months not all the agents fault but I was more at helm pushing and contacting individuals to get things done.

David was one stand-up character, one who was kind and honest. I really felt as though David care about what he does for us. David took the time to let me develop what we are looking for in a house rather than push you into something you not comfortable with. That patience speaks volumes and made me more comfortable. Working with David was educational, he is one knowledgeable person and able to answer 85% of my questions on the spot. David was responsive in 100% of our engagements even now as we finish the last steps.
