It was a trying process and I expected some stress not as much as I had to endure. There was an administrative oversight on the title as well as the Pest Control situation. Not sure who is at fault, but the over writer shouldn't have caught what the agent should have. Better communication between agent and loan specialist would improve the home buying process.

Kathy with 21 Cent was on a mission to get me a house not letting me look at a Lemon. Even if i liked the house she would tell me that it would not pass inspection or what it would cost to fix the house to get it up to code. She was a very hard worker and she was the best person she is always going to be my friend and i am happy she helped me through all of this.
