Our veterans United appointed real estate was not only completely useless when we finally contacted him after waiting nearly a month to hear from him he simply said he was waiting on us to call him. Then he told us that “we needed to pick a house and that he would show it to us” not once did he ask us one single detail about what we were looking for what we needed our price range nothing. Then at one point he was very rude to my wife on the phone. Not to mention he was located nearly an hour and a half from us.
