In the beginning when I was introduced to Ms Michele Turso there was a miss-communication. Panicked I emailed Jason McElvain a note copied to Ms. Turso that she was struggling. I was really requesting an agent that I felt matched Jason's set standard in managing my effort. Ms. Turso's response was simple. "Mr. Jones, I am not struggling". The house hunting began and I began experiencing the professionalism and gracious accommodating demeanor of Ms. Turso. To the point that in the end my mis-calculation of what kind of agent she is became a personal joke to me. So, I sent her a note, I tried to be simple and to the point. "To the one who struggles not." Humbled by your service.

Outstanding! I literally dragged her all over Orlando and St. Cloud looking at new developments. I know a lot of these developments were not close to her office, but she always arrived and always provided outstanding advice. I would certainly use her services again and strongly recommend her services to anyone selling or buying their properties.

Very patient and willing to show us many homes within our price range. At times it felt she was more working for the seller interest than the buyer's interest. As an example, after a very long day of driving to meet up with her and then looking at houses we told her we were willing to offer 430,000, she came back and indicted 750 was a very good luck number and pressed us to offer 430,750, we said okay, then followed up with are you sure you don't want to offer 431,750. Also, she indicated there were multiple people bidding on the house and we should lower our home repair holdback from 1,000 to 500 to make our offer more appealing. Anyway, we ended up at 435,000 and extimated repairs at 500. I understand I am an adult and responsible for the final offer, just seemed she was pressing pretty hard to get the seller the best possible offer rather than getting me the best deal.

Delta Schrade was wonderful to work with. She helped us to get our house on the market and sold in just a few days and for much more then we imagined.
