Teresa Hutt was a great asset. When our home closing was delayed each month for 5 months she stayed in touch with the builders, the United Veterans staff. Near closing time she made sure every requirement was accomplished on time. One situation nearly prevented us from closing on time, Teresa took charge and intervened the last minute to ensure we would close on time.

Steve is THE most helpful person I ever met. He made the homebuying experience an exciting experience whenever we visited a home with him. My wife and I both felt comfortable enough to ask any questions we had about a house to him for anything. Our real estate agent Adam Minehart very inexperienced couldn't answer questions about properties. We told him what we were looking for in a house and all he showed us was houses that was totally opposite of what we were looking for. When we did find a house he was more concerned about his bottom line then helping us.
