She was good except some things fell through the crack and she forgot to ask for some things we wanted. She did get our house so we’re happy about that. She was really great though!

My realtor was a godsend!! From the moment she was assigned to me, she immediately reached out and got to work. She was flexible about my needs and worked with my crazy work schedule. She went above and beyond her job requirements to keep the deal and closing timeline within striking distance. She worked with the seller's agent to ensure I received all appropriate credits and discounts to drastically decrease my closing costs. She went out of her way to provide documents to the loan team to prevent any delays in closing on behalf of me. Lastly, and most importantly, she called me to provide updates and answer any questions during the entire process. She walked me through every step on the process from start to finish and explained what every document meant before I signed it off. I would definitely recommend her to any other people I know.

Krystal Reid was in constant contact ensuring every requirement was completed. She worked with Veterans United Home Loans to ensure every requirement was completed and keep me informed each step of the loan process. She set up inspections and ensured that I had all the information I needed to ensure that all utilities were on and the home was ready for me to move in.

Christy Simonson and Erica Simpson, always there easy to reach and if they did not have the answer to our questions, they researched and found the answers for us. As part of our network they came through always. Ms. Simonson was on vacation and still reached when we needed her. Thats people who make a company look good. They were bestest for us.

It is challenging to buy a house from another state as we did, but Courtney Scott made things easy. She insisted on doing video walk throughs of every house we were interested in and did a lot of explaining to us as first time home buyers.
