Good Real Eatate Agent. Just a few hiccups; need to engage and request follow-up on multiple occasions vice providing automatic feedback. We closed, but the Real State Agent were on vacation but no representative were present to turnover for the house key. We had to call her teammate. But we made the decision to stopped by at the front desk of the Seller’s office to get the house key. Our Real Estate is okay, great lady, but she did not meet our expectation the way buyers should be treated.

NEVER MET OUR AGENT UNTIL THE DAY OF CLOSING! Everything was thru email or text. Daneen Barr the agents Associate was always available to help answer any of our questions. Being that we purchased a home from a FLIPPER, there were things not done that our AGENT WAS SUPPOSED TO HELP US WITH AND DID NOT!

Diane was very knowledgeable about the va loan and what would/wouldn’t be a problem when seeing a house. It helped us feel confident when making an offer. She also made the closing process a breeze and helped when we weren’t sure what to do as first time home buyers.

We lived in a motel for 2 1/2 months. We informed her when we arrived in Palm Coast Florida. Not once did she call to offer help in finding a cheaper place to stay.

Tenneil was absolutely, 100% the best and most wonderful RE Agent I have ever dealt with. I was between working with a family friend of my mothers and using the agent thru UHL. I am so glad I chose to work with Tenneil, after a small hiccup she came back 200% and got us into 4 houses in one day where we ended up buying the 4th Home we saw that day. I literally can't explain how happy and how much I would recommend her to every and any body!

There are not enough good words in my vocabulary to describe just how great Bill truly is. From our first conversation again, extremely forthcoming, honest, dependable, reliable. When I had questions, he always had answers. If he had to find out, most of the time he did within minutes to hours. Never more than a day. If he didn’t get a reply fast enough, he went somewhere else for the answer. If all else failed I knew that also very quickly. No wasted time playing with dead ends. We searched high and low for the right property for me. Always looking at several at a time. And his immediate response finally paid off in landing just the right place for me to call home. And in the process, I made a good friend. What’s that worth to me ??? Priceless.

Clayton was amazing and patient. Kept me up to date on all new houses in my budget and made sure I could get into them as soon as possible. Lisa Lang from Caldwell bank was amazing. She answered any questions that I had and was always there if I wanted to see a property. When I got under contract she was instrumental in working with the seller agent and making sure all inspections were getting completed in a timely manner. Highly recommended for any Veteran
