Amira went above and beyond to follow my needs and get me into the home. Without her I don’t believe buying the home would’ve worked in my favor at all. My agent that l bought my home with was fantastic. V.U. first assigned an agent that just would not workout, and not helpful at all. I truly think he has ill intent toward veterans....supplied little or NO information.

She wasn’t available to show some of the houses we wanted to see, she would have someone else come in her place. This happened on several occasions. We didn’t meet her until later on in our house hunting process. She wasn’t available to do the final walk through of the house we were purchasing again someone else filled in for her. Overall not much contact with our realtor.

Justin made it happen! This was not an easy process as we were located in Washington DC when we started our home search. Justin’s stamina in making sure that we found the house that we wanted was amazing. Justin travelled many miles to view the home in person and took great videos for the home that we bought. He negotiated our terms with ease and explained complicated terms with us when there existed confusion. Highly recommended!

Our agent left out a rent payment after verbally telling us over and over again it was in the contracts. We found out at closing about this payment after we had been advised by Veterans United to move our first payment to 9/1 which now puts us out the rent. He was not present at closing and had a very, very hard time negotiating with the seller's agent or scheduling any of the required walk through or move out dates.
