There was a bit of lack of communication during normal business hours. When we said we wanted our concerns addressed after the home inspection, it was ignored because “the home was desireable”. As far as we know, no contact was made to attempt to resolve the issues.

Kathy is a great real estate agent that is extremely flexibility, responsive, and advocates for her clients.Throughout our time with her, she was available anytime of the day, any day of the week. My wife and I works really odd days and times, but that did not stop Kathy from being available either through scheduling tours or text/calls. If you want an agent that is extremely flexible, you’ll want Kathy.There were many times Kathy advocated for us and provided her years of real estate knowledge to make sure we made the right decision. There was a beautiful home that we were interested in but she questioned why it was so was expensive compared to other homes in the area and why it was on the market for so long. If you want an agent that genuinely cares what is best for you, you’ll want kathy.

My agent was wonderful, from the moment we spoke on the phone she knew what kind of house we were looking for and more importantly WHERE we were looking to purchase our first home. Very knowledgeable and was tremendously helpful when negotiating with the seller. She was great!

Julie Dean made this process a struggle for my family and I throughout the whole process. Comes off rude over text messages. Very vague on any information. Did not tell us we weren’t closing on the day we thought we were until 2 days before closing failing to get the amendment signed by sellers. Told me I cannot back out of a contract. Was not there on closing or the final walk through. Did not inform sellers that the inspector and my father were going to be coming by the house. Scheduled our closing over an hour away drive For whatever reason. A lot of other negatives as well. Many other reasons as well. I will never recommend or go with another realtor sent to me by VU unless I research myself. Told me to sign repair documents by VU to keep the process going even know the repairs had not been completed.
