Marcus was awesome it was not the easiest deal but he was always positive which is helpful when everyone else is stressing. In the end I feel like both parties made some compromises which is how most good business deals are done.

Jeffrey Kroupa was an amazing agent. I worked with an agent prior to him being recommended and it was not as pleasant as I was hoping it to be. We missed out on homes because of late responses and didn't receive all the information I felt would have been necessary to know about the VA Loan in general. Jeffrey, however, was an absolute work-horse. He was incredibly responsive and was able to arrange times for any home that we wanted to see. There was not a home that was visited where he did not walk through with us and thoroughly inspect himself. If there was any defect at all that we should have been concerned about, he made certain to bring it to our attention. This man really knew his real estate. I am so happy that he was recommended to us through Veteran's United, otherwise I believe wholeheartedly that I would still be in search of locating a home right now. He brought closure to a difficult time.

Melvin Besares was my real estate agent. Melvin is just an amazing Agent. Melvin listens unlike many Agents I have had in the pass. He listens to all of your wants and must have's and then get's back to you with a list of homes and communities that addresses those wants and must have's. He works hard to get you in your forever home and I appreciated that. He makes it a point to keep communication flowing and addresses any and all concerns. He is highly knowledgeable and professional and I would refer friends and family to Melvin Besares.
