Penny Terry was my real estate agent, she is extremely professional and at the same time very personable. She worked very hard for me and took all my desires into consideration. She listened carefully to all my remarks as we looked at homes and took them into consideration in finding new homes to consider. She is prompt and right on top of new listings. She could tell me what companies I would be working with (electric, water, cable, etc.) and had a general idea of all the neighborhoods.
I will recommend her to anyone I know who needs an agent.

I was really lucky that I got paired up with Andrea Florez and her team. She was one tough negotiator and I'm glad she was on my side. She ensure that my property was up to snuff and then some. She even got the seller to replace the water heater and put in a new dishwasher without additional costs to me! Definitely, going to contact her again in the future for any real estate inquires. Hench, I'm saving her card on my refrigerator so I won't forget.
