I would sum up my experience working with my Real Estate Agent Patrick Kauanoe Lum as " Wall to Wall and Tree Top Tall".I know I am hard to work with and require a person with unswerving patients, flexible and very open minded. I started out with a very specific location and type House/Condo I had in mine; of course my mine changed numerous times over the year while working with Pat.Pat, never got upset and or lost his patients; Pat's ability to adjust, focus, provide information, suggestions and advice was spot on and very appreciated.If you are looking for a dedicated Realtor who will stay the course then I would recommend Patrick Lum; if you are looking for a realtor who will only tell you what you want to hear, this is not the Realtor for you.
