Jeff was very helpful and pleasant; Beverley was diligent with making sure we found a house that we liked. Corpus Christi seemed like a very busy market, and we could tell they were working really hard to find us a home in the short amount of time that we had to find one. That being said, allowing us to arrive at our new home without telling us about the change/delay to our moving date affected our positive experience with them. It was a nightmare that could have been avoided in our opinion. Once we finally arrived in Corpus, with all of our things packed into a U-haul, Beverley informed us that she had spoken with Jenna about the moving date being delayed for another week, and nobody told us until we were standing in front of the house. We were still paying for our former house at the time, and we absolutely would not have left if even one person told us that we potentially could be without a house for a week or more. We almost canceled the entire thing and were going to rent from the local Naval Air Station because of how uncertain anyone was on when we were going to get keys. Moving is extremely stressful on children, so being put in a position where we couldn't tell our kids for sure where we would be living is not something we took lightly or will soon forget. We are extremely grateful for their help in finding us our new home, and it's unfortunate that the lack of communication tainted our experience so negatively.

Chrissy Perry is a tough cookie which we loved because we needed someone like her to get us the through this process because it was my first house. The first development she took us too, we fell in love and had to jump on it. She was with us the whole way thru after that making the process painless. Stacey was fabulous! I’ve spoke with a couple other agents and nobody had half of the pep-in-the-step personality and positivity that Stacey did (even with a pandemic going on)! She was always eager to help my husband and I with our numerous questions we had. Naturally, there were a couple hiccups through the home buying experience but Stacey was cool, calm and collected. She always had another route we could navigate and was amazing at being our voice in this process. She listened to everything we had to say and took that with her when aiding us in our home search. I reached out for an agent month before we moved back to Nebraska, I appreciate that she would occasionally check in with us to make sure we were still on track with our home buying goals.
