We moved from out of state so seeing homes in person was very difficult. Our agent would do a walkthrough on facetime and always answered my texts, even on a weekend. She was very helpful!

Asked for comps of nearby properties did not supply them. Agent ended up with medical emergency and there was a delay in turnover because the new agent didn't get the correct phone number. The new agent was accommodating once connection was made

Vilma is the best. She always had time to show us a home or talk to me on the phone. When our negotiations hit a rocky patch she was a reassuring force, and she helped to get things back on track. She knows this market like the back of her hand, and she really pays attention to the wants and needs of her client.
