Eric was fine enough to talk to, but it seemed that he had a few too many things on his plate as he was frequently late to meetings. Usually just a few minutes, with one exaggerated instance of nearly 30 mins. We found his communication lacking, and a few of his comments I would categorize as "sleazy used car salesman" examples being trying to rush us to put an offer in, encourage us NOT to ask for repairs because "the other offer is really good"

My realtor was outstanding! She would message me anytime we would both get an email to make sure I received it and was on top of it. I received nothing but kindness and helpfulness from her and would highly recommend her to anyone. She always worked around my schedule to make sure I wasn’t stressing about time.

Tara Williams was phenomenal with working with the sellers and was able to make some impossibles, possible! She always kept us to date in the process and we never had to bite our nails anxiously waiting for whats happening. She made sure our desires were heard by the seller and always placed us first!
