Home was supposed to be professionally cleaned, was not at all. Felt we had to shop for homes by ourselves and then tell realtor what we wanted to see. Lovely person, more interested in seller than buyer.

Veterans United partnered us with Cassie Craig and she was amazing! She knew all of the nuances of VA loans so she easily filtered out homes that wouldn't meet criteria. We explained out situation and what we were looking for and was able to show us exactly what fit within the first five properties shown. Her team was amazing as well! They kept us informed and made sure we had updates as needed and a weekly update to summarize everything that was going. Great team!

The agent who got your referral took us out to look at homes and 2 days later, when we had her write the contract she left for an Alaskan vacation. Her replacement and mentor , Jordan Stilt, was excellent and took us to COE.
That said, their company Keller Williams charges too much, 3.5% for buyers agent and listing agent is too.high.
