Initially Derek was hands on and very responsive, after an accepted offer he seemed to have dropped the ball. There was poor follow up that resulted in disappointment with an unsatisfactory home at closing. However he was willing to repair the working relationship and make sure we were happy.

My Agent was exceptional. Mette worked for me the entire time and there was no doubt she had my best interests in mind. Mette communicated constantly what was going to happen and made sure that the seller did the things necessary to close. I would highly recommend her to anyone interested in buying a home.

In the beginning Cedric Weeks was performing well, he was patient and considered all of our requests. Then suddenly he turned into a real estate agent that I would not recommend at all, he stopped including us in emails that concerned us, he did not follow up with us while we were at the end of our rental lease. We were extremely disappointed at the end when we went to closing and Cedric Weeks did not even have the decency to show up! No word from him not even an email letting us know why he did not show up at our closing. If there was a reason for his behavior he should have told us. We WILL NOT recommend Cedric Weeks to anyone.

Matt is one of a kind. When you go into a house he lets you see what you need to see instead of guiding you through and telling you oh look here look there. Most people have a mental checklist of things they need to look at like we’re plugs are ceiling fans etc. after I was done looking at a property and did my checklist then Matt would highlight things of the home and what was best. He lets you pick and by your home.
