My family and I are lucky to have Akshay (Ash) as our real estate agent. I am first time home buyer and was intimidated at first. From the start, Ash helped us find homes as well as set up appointments. I’ve learned so much about homes, inspections and what to look for in homes in terms their value. He was honest and transparent about the whole process and was efficient when it came to writing up offers and just the whole process. I had so many questions for him and he was patient enough to explain to me in detail what it meant. He made the whole process painless and always looked out for me throughout the whole experience. I cannot thank him enough for all the knowledge he has shared through his experiences and constantly providing a positive attitude which help me to not get discouraged. I hope to work with Ash again in the near future.

Paul was the man! He was thorough and attentive. He was reachable at anytime, and has a great personality. Very easy to work with and he really listened. Absolutely a pleasure to go through houses with. If we came upon a house that did not meet VA standards we moved on promptly and he didn't waste our time looking at houses that we wouldn't be able to get. I cant say enough good things about him and our experience with him.
