I or my family found every house we looked at even though I told her exactly what I was looking for. She never discussed the Atlanta housing market until after I put in an offer on a house (which I didn’t get). Wish I had asked for refrigerator but she didn’t make any suggestions or say I could ask for things not in the listing. At closing we had some issues about the carpets and she never said a word although the sellers realtor went to bat for them. This was NOT a big deal and all worked out to my satisfaction but basically all she did was show me houses I had picked.out and she wrote up offers exactly as they were in the listing. She was a VERY nice person and I enjoyed spending time with her.....but she needs more experience.

Oh!! What a sweetheart! Didn't think it would be so easy with my not being able to get there in person, I thank my agent so much. Kim was in it to win it for me. Heidi was awesome as she was able to get us an agent for the areas we qwere interested. We changed mid stream, yet she did not miss a beat and provided us with a great agent named Sue Dube who was a great advocate for us which was critical in such a competitive market. Sue did three walk thrus; was an advocate for us as Veterans; and she genuinely cares about her clients. We strongly recommend her for the Augusta area to future Veterans. To have the Veterans United and Sue behind us, it made this purchase comfortable, especially as we have never seen it in person.
