The agent that Veterans United recommended was Ursula. This was the best experience that I and my family had while searching for a new home. Since the start of the process she consistently went above and beyond anything that was asked of her. She was very knowledgeable of the area and trends. Christina Monzillo was unprofessional, uneducated regarding real estate contract questions and insurances, and represented VA loans poorly with her lack of understanding of the process. She repeatedly told us that she was overwhelmed with her workload from other clients. Chris did not send in contract changes to our loan specialist and communicated with us in a very unprofessional manner (late night text messages, emogies, and ellipses that left us to interpret the message content and context). Throughout the process, it was clear that we were seen as a commission and not a client and made for an overall poor experience.
