They answered all of our "first time" homebuyer questions and made my wife and I feel extremely comfortable in our decision making throughout the entire process, even down to the day of closing! Deana Prater is a Saint. I thought any moment she would give up on me, but she didn't. For almost a year she dedicated herself to finding me a home, she must have walked me through a hundred houses teaching me the ins and outs of buying my first home. She was extremely patient as I worked finding a home around my offshore schedule. If I was out of town she would drive by a house I was Interested in and even take videos. She always worked the numbers for each house helping me to understand the cost, and always made me feel comfortable with walking away from a house I didn't feel was right. I always felt like I was in good hands with Deana.
