Brittney was on the spot and willing to take time out of her weekend to look at a house that had just came back on the market the very next day we told her about it, which she did on a Sunday. We did have an issue with phone service and FaceTime while doing an initial viewing of the house as we were still stationed in California, but we gave her a long list of questions and she was able to take videos of the property for us. Although we only had her look at one house, we were pretty set on the house and she helped us put in a strong offer based on the current market for the house.

Sam was punctual and very proactive. Even though he lived in another town, there wasn’t a single time where he made us feel unimportant. An outstanding agent! I wish they all were like him!!

If I could give her a lower score than 1 I would! I would never use her again or recommend her to anyone. The only negative part of our home buying experience with Veterans United was dealing with our real estate agent and her unprofessionalism. We were assigned an agent that was not from this area and her pushy and abrasive attitude seemed to alienate her with all of the listing real estate agents. I truly feel we would have been able to close on a home MUCH faster if we'd have had a different agent that could have gotten along with the local agents. During our first attempt at putting a contract on a house, we were rushed by her to sign several "STANDARD" forms, one of which legally bound us into exclusively using her as our agent until February of 2021. I take responsibility for this because I should have read the forms more in depth before signing them, but we were in a rush to get a contract on the house due to the rapid selling market. Had I have realized this, I would have NEVER agreed to exclusively use her! Just to list a few of the issues, our agent brought her daughter and her toddler children to almost every showing and then there was little to no supervision of the children while we were attempting to view the homes and make a major life decisions. We witnessed the agent use a credit card to open a home back up after she left her keys inside the home because the local agents wouldn't give her the code to the lock box, the agent would have my wife hold and watch her grandchildren while the agent wrote up sales contracts, and on one occasion the agents daughter, who is not a licensed real estate agent, wrote up the sales contract while she watched the grandchildren. Due to low interest rates and other factors in this area, homes were selling very fast. At times, literally within hours of being listed on the market. With our agent living out of the area and over an hour away, this made it very difficult to see houses quickly when they were listed. Many times, the agent was not available but would not respond to calls or texts for hours, and at times days, later. The last issue was at closing. Our agent became very confrontational with the listing agent and the title company due to a disagreement over her commission. The agent decided to take this issue up in front of us and the sellers stating that she was getting screwed out of a thousand dollars and claiming she had been forced to sign a paper agreeing to the percentages. I wish we would have picked our own agent. It would have been much less stressful and I believe we would have been able to close on a home much faster.

Rhonda McLean was easy to work with and guided me through the offer and buying process, provided recommendations and suggestions that I could comfortably act on. She was responsive and available even when she had to quarantine the last two weeks of my closing period. She communicated via email and phone, and sent out an alternate representative to complete my final house inspection.

What a great real estate experience! This is the 7th home I've owned over 50 years and this was the best experience I've had with a real estate agent; either buying or selling. I've come to think of my agent (Mike Hughes) as more of a friend, and I can't say anything but glowing praise for Casella Real Estate and its employees.

Her ability to explain things in a way for me to understand was great. Always very prompt and didn’t sugarcoat anything. I will go through her for any real estate matters in the future.

My realtor did and excelente work through out the whole process by answering any questions that came along. Also making sure everything else be done so I didn't had to worry later on.

Aileen is friendly and personable. She was able to glean what was important to both of us in a home. However, Jessie was often referred to as James (including in one of the emails as we were preparing to close) and it seemed as if the houses were auto generated and not personalized. We discussed particular home styles, etc. and we got everything in between and more. She often gave her opinion of whether or not she thought a particular house was a good fit for us and was often too personal. Aileen's brother died half way through our house hunt and it was expected she would be unavailable and not focused for a few days. However there were so many times prior to her loss that she and I would have a conversation one day and the next day it was as if it didn't happen. When we did find the home (on our own) she was initially upset because it was a for sale by owner because (FSBO) she thought we were going to do the sale on our own. She did have more work and often let us know how much more work she had to do because it was FSBO. We often felt as if we didn't get what we needed from her as a realtor (we appreciate her telling us about tax exemptions and flood zone) and too much from her in her personal life.
